Your Vending Machine Locator has agreed to locate ___ vending machines for the vendor at a rate of ___ machines a week for a grand total of $______.___.
Determined by the number of machines, Your Vending Machine Locator will locate the amount of machines agreed upon on a weekly basis. Once we have met the set number, payment is due for just the locations found before location information can be released to you and before we will continue placing more machines. This process will continue until the total number of machines on this contract are located.
Location info can be received by you one of two ways, either by mail or email.
1. To receive by mail, locations will be released to you COD, USPS.
2. To receive by email, payment must be mailed "first" USPS w/tracking number (delivery confirmation) or sent "first" Paypal. Once payment has been confirmed, locations will be released to you by email.
If for some reason you choose to decline a location please contact us immediately, give us the name of the location declined and we will grant a one time replacement location for each original location. We will need to call the establishment to verify that a machine was not placed there before it can be relocated. Please note: once a location is accepted we are under no obligation to relocate it for free.
Locations that refuse delivery of equipment will be relocated free of charge; as long as delivery and setup of machines or equipment are made in a timely and/or appropriate manner and are in accordance with each location agreement. Again we will need to contact the location before we can provide this service. Please note also: acts of fraud by deception will automatically forfeit a customers relocation rights and terminate this contract.
If needed, Your Vending Machine Locator will offer a 1/2 price one time relocation service for up to 120 days following the release date of location info for each machine specified on this contract. Machines must be removed from their locations before this service can be applied.
Before we can begin work we must receive a copy of this contract, signed and dated by you the agreeing party. By signing this you understand and agree to the terms and services you have just read.
