Over time we have found that calling people works just as well, if not better, as person to person locating. Yes we've done both.

1. No money down to get started
Since most vendors are people of integrity and honesty we've decided to offer our services for no money down. That's right 0% down, making it impossible for you to lose. You pay as we locate. We can't find anyone else willing to do the same thing.
Most locating companies require a 50% deposit to begin work and the other 50% when the job is completed. Or even in some cases everything up front just to begin. We have set up shop to take all the risks. You are at a win win situation when Your Vending Machine Locator works for you.
2. A locating plan that's right for you
Based on the amount of machines needing locations we can work with you on a week to week basis. Since time is an issue for most people, the first week we can find the locations for you and the second week you can drop the machines off. We understand that most people have to work and that they are limited on their time. Therefore depending on the amount of locations needed we can get a set number of machines out a week for you. Usually between 5 and 20 are reasonable numbers unless of course you have more time. It all depends on you and the number of locations you need but whatever your individual needs may be together we will create a plan that's right for you.
You never want to take longer than a week to get your machines placed. As vendors we have personally lost locations by waiting longer. So if you can't get a large amount of machines out in one weeks time it's probably best to devise a plan that allows you to pace yourself.
3. Pay only as locations are found
When we have found for you the set amount of locations for that week, you then send the amount due for just those locations, and when we've verified your payment we will send via email all the information needed for you to place your machines. Once payment has been verified we can then begin locating again for you that following week. We will continue this process until we've found all the locations for your machines.
We accept money orders and Paypal.
4. Ultimately choose which locations you keep
We want you to be as happy as possible so we will do our best to make sure you are. If for some reason you get to a selected location and you decide you don't want a machine there, contact us ASAP with the location name declined (we will need to contact the establishment before hand just to verify it was never dropped off) and we'll relocate it one time for free. There have been times when we've walked into a place and got the gut feeling it just wasn't right. So we understand that it does happen. To avoid this we can also work from a location list provided to us by you. Either way you remain in control of which locations you keep or toss.
Also there have been times when we've got to a location and for some reason the owner has changed his/her mind. This too is ok, locations that refuse delivery of equipment will be replaced immediately at no extra cost.
When placing machines we will always get permission from either the business owner or the one authorized to give permission. It is important to us that your machines are placed properly.

We'll do our very best to secure the best possible locations. After all our success depends on your success. As vendors ourselves, we are dedicated to your success. On top of our great service, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with a location provided by Your Vending Machine Locator. We offer a 1/2 price one time relocation service for up to 120 days for each machine located by us.
